Wat kind of bid do i need for my dremel for cutting a computer case hole?

I just use a reinforced cutting wheel.

^^ i do the same, but you won't get a perfectly round hole. i firt cut away as much as i can then go back with a grinding stone bit or use a hand file and sand it to a smooth curve.

For a dremel, CF reinforced cutting wheel to rough it, then you can file or sand the edges from there. I file, but I've seen people use sanding drums for their dremel which seems to go faster, but with a file you can be much more precise.
