led cube?

i remember a post about a big cube made of about 1000 leds and it flashed and did cool stuff:banana: I've been searching for the best part of half an hour but haven't come up with anything, although i remember it being by FrooP, Franklin or _ferry_ but haven't found anything under their names. Maybe i just have a wierd aversion to 'f' :p
anyways, noone happens to recall what i'm taking about do they?
