OK...long story short I bought a Lian Li case and "changed" some things. NOW....I am changing it once again , I have taken the case completely apart and I am using some designs to cut out to hide hole that where from the previous mod. So here I go cutting my design out of the front where there once was a hole to see a windowed hard drive , and while I was cutting part of it torn off. there was a square hole for the USB front header directly below it so to clean the edges up I just connected them. NOW MY ? is how can I fill this back in and get a clean look out of it....see pic below (if I posted the pic correctly:p )

this terrible picture below might help. The area in BLACK was there ......I was cutting along the top of the BLACK part and BOOM it broke off. So to smooth the nastyness out I continued cutting down to the SQUARE cutout at the bottom....so I need to find a way to put a piece like what was there back...and for it to come out smooth. I thought about JB weld ....and some filler putty....but it needs to be strong. There will me smoke grey acrylic behind all of this so that might help....

well you could get some expoxy or some strong bonder and put a metal strip behind it to hold it. how are you mounting the acrylic? (screws, glue, tape) if you use screws then put a screw or two on the broken part.
