I need to find out if a Leadtek 8800 Ultra, Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 and this:

From looking at the pictures of these things you chose.. well.. If you wanna install the memory with the heatpipes facing the video board.. I think you are out of luck.. If you install them facing upwards.. hopefully thermalright made some good heatpipes, cause they could get a performance drop if in a tower case. Anyother problems I don't see..

obstruction of cpu cooling? thats all I can see, although that ram has really high delay :-/ you could probly get something way faster for cheaper. and not need the fancy heatsink deal to boot

This is an upgrade taking place next year, so maybe I'll have a better answer by then. I have a feeling that the HSF I'm planning to use with help with this. Also I found something which makes it look like you put the heatsinks on the board.
