I was reading through the finished worklogs and thinking it would be nice to be able to filter the worklogs in progress to only show the original posters posts as an option. Anti-social? Useful?

Well with the worklogs in progress, the community discussion is a big part of creating the final project. Long ago, Paul raised the idea of opening two threads for each project using one for the modder's posts and the other for comments only (see the Doom 3 worklogs) but it never really took. That's why we have decided to trim only finished projects and leave the original intact in the works in progress section to see the whole story.

Thanks for the reply. I seem to recall the discussion that you mentioned. And I do agree. In many ways, the fun is helping out and the group feedback. With some of the longer threads, it would be a nice to filter it down when re-reading the history of a project (Tribal's Blackout fer instance). Not a big deal, the forum signal to noise ratio is pretty high.

I actually have a plan to help out with this, but it's going to be a while in the works. :)
