use for 3 external drive bays

I'm currently in the process of modding my case, and I was wondering if you guys had any ideas with what i could do with 3 cd drive bays.
So far I've thought of cutting a one piece cover for it and making a place for a fan.
and so you have an idea of what i'm working with, it's an ol' beige case with 4 external bays, the top most one will be used for my dvd-rw drive.

Well, there are all sorts of temp/fan controller things available, and then there's frontx (http://www.frontx.com) to add some ports.

I could use some of those, lol... maybe on the next rig I build that's gonna be in a full ATX case instead of this mid-size ****.

If you were going with a theme, you could make a window looking into a box featuring ? a model ? picture ? etc ? How about a drawer to hold stuff like spare screws etc?
