I want to fit a 120mm rear exhaust fan, my current case has 80mm and 92mm mounts, is there anyway to do this ?

Yep!

Assuming the case is wide enough for it, you just need to cut a bigger hole for it with either a dremel or a jigsaw and drill new mounting holes.

Okay so I just measured and I can't fit a 120mm fan. Would this product work? http://www.sharkacomputers.com/fanad8012fan.html (Link) of course I would want to mount it on the inside of my case.

You can use an old scratched CD to use as a template for the hole. I learned that from someone else on this forum.

Your link was messed up. That would work okay. But you might have an issue mounting it on the inside because of the size difference.

I doubt it will fit using that. Looking at the picture inside the case, I would say a 120mm fan, plus that mounting bracket would foul your heatsink.

Why not just get a 90mm fan and be done with it? How come you need a 120mm?

What you could do is make a triangler prism out of aluminum sheetmetal. http://www.korthalsaltes.com/foto/triangular_prism_rightangel_small.jpg
Give it just enough angle so you can mount the 120 fan on the longest face. Mount the box to the back of the case with sheetmetal screws or pop rivets.
