They just opened beta and well.. wow. This game takes up some SERIOUS resources... my cpu was at 95-99 the whole time... ram at 70% ON DEFAULTED SETTINGS! 1024x w/e...

The beginning of the game is somewhat slow but you really need it to figure out what the hell to do... the learning curve is much differnt than other mmo's... this one takes quite a bit of knowledge and experience. Pretty sweet game so far and I recommend it to anyone with a higher end system - at leeeeast a e6600 and a 512mb pcie card. This game would be amazing with a 8800 and a q6600.

1024x768 with mostly high or maxed settings. I went to do another screen shot but the game crashed. Gave me some driver error and told me to restart. If you guys want, I can get some more but I thought this would be enough. My opinion is it seems like Diablo...but everyone is entitled to their own. JUST REMEMBER 2.2GB DOWNLOAD!!

Use DownThemAll for it. It downloads it like a torrent, getting it in chunks, but still at HTTP speeds. It can increase the time by 400% :D:D.

I've never played an MMO but that looks interesting. If it is free, I'll download it.

So far the gameplay is similar to Diablo and from what I've seen of it Final Fantasy. I have only done the tutorial part. Both those screens are from that. The graphics are awesome and like someone said, it is a resource hog. C2D E6600 and an 8800GTS 640MB were working hard granted 1 of my 2gigs was bad and I was using a GB of page file. It still played relatively smooth.

It could probably run it but with lower settings. Your proc would pick up some of the slack though but probably not enough for all med. to high settings. I won't be able to get any more screen shots for a while. I had to RMA my memory and going to be doing the motherboard.

Not worth it. Plus you still have to download 2.2GB to play it. So on the time to download then to try and play....waste of time in my opinion.

If my PC can handle Oblivion on fairly high settings with some mods that probably take more of a toll on my rig, I can probably run this at fairly reasonable settings... I'm just trying to break away from MMORPGs as they're starting to make me mad...

Hey all, how was this game? Due to a recent upgrade of my hardware I ended up missing out on the beta, stupid old components just didn't like it. It looked fun, but now it's $50 and there's no more trial period. Can someone please just kind of, tell me about it? lol

so far, what I saw was basically, you level up by going into war rooms by waiting in a line at a portal (there are many) and once you go in, you have a team of 4. You 4 must take on 10-15 (didn't count) bots which sometimes will woop your asses. After, you get to loot some stuff.

The main city is huge with plenty of stands and stuff to buy from bots to buff your character.

From the main city there are a ton of other portals that go to other worlds? cities? I'm not sure what they are called.

You have 8 classes to choose from I believe but you can decide to change by "going in a different direction" with your character. I'm not sure how to explain.

Try google videos for footage and reviews. Honestly, I can definitely see the game being waaay more addictive than other MMORPGs but only if your pc can handle it.


EDIT:: also, torrents in this case are 100% legal.

Alrighty. It seemed fun but my PC lagged to much... well, the "old one" that is. I'll have to see where to download it from, or plug in my backup drive which may or may not be riddled with viruses, oh joy.

It's definitely worth a try but damn it would be a sweet game with an 8800.

I played Fury since the start of the trial, got bored of it after two weeks lol. It is a visually spectacular game. With an E6600, 8800GTX and 2GB RAM I run it at around 90+ FPS with everything on high (as I do with most games lol). The only problem I have with the game is the long render times and extremely long ques for the matches.

Oh and just in case you guys don't know it will be free to play, yep you heard right. pay for the game and never pay again.
