In the 1st video, I see horrible "form" in his excersises.
He isn't keeping his extremities "in-line".
He's doing excersises "at speed".

The one handed pull-up in the second video is INSANE to perfom.
Kudos to him for that.
But again, I don't understand why he's doing them so "sped up"


BTW, how **tall** is this guy?
I say 5'

But damn... he's definitely fit.

same reason people practice "Kipping." To maintain elasticity and for more speed/endurance. I actually thought his form was pretty good throughout all of his videos.

Ninja's don't need to swim in the ocean. They can channel their chi to the bottom of their feet and WALK on it!

That and they move so fast that they can run across water, just like that lizard thing.
