I've seen a demo of a PC rebooting with i-RAM installed (on Google Video) and it was mega quick. Has anyone used it before? And is it good for gaming and general PC use too?

I've seen test on Tom's hardware.. It is quite fast at the bootup stage, but it has only sata1 and a max of 4G of RAM.. They were curious though if RAIDing it would get more power, more storage and even faster speeds. It can't be good for much nowadays other than using as swap.. It has far too little capacity, but maybe a future version would have a better memory controller, to allow for more memory and faster types, and a better interface.. maybe make it PCI express or something, as a SATA can't take full advantage of the speed RAM can reach..
I think it would be fun to have one of this, and not really that expensive.. or maybe a bit? well, braginn rights..
