I just noticed something about this picture

There's a state police car pulled over, a man consoling a boy, an officer opening up the back door of his car, with a woman standing next to him. And there's a little girl next to the police car door too. I took this picture, yet never saw that part. I wonder what's going on.

Yes, I have taken pictures while driving before, but when I took this one, someone else was in control.

I think the car broke down... they're on their way to tow it...
I'm figuring they're placing the kids inside the patrol car for safety (crazy kids' stuff + 30MPH cars = bad results).

Or, we can call the tow truck company and asked them what's up. :)
