I'm going to watercool my computer in the near future so I have some questions. I found parts from Danger Den cause they shipp to Croatia:
Danger Den DD12V-D5 Fixed Speed Pump
Two Stealth GTS 120 Black Ice Radiators
Copper TDX Block for AMD AM2 Processor
MAZE5-GPU Block
Danger Den Single 5 1/4" Bay Reservoir
Could I use a smaller pump from Danger Den?
What water additives you use and is it important to be non-conductive?
How should I connect parts:
pump -> front radiator (intake) -> waterblocks -> rear radiator (exhaust) -> reservoir
or
pump -> front radiator (intake) -> rear radiator (exhaust) -> waterblocks -> reservoir
I have a Mid tower with plenty of space but I'm still not sure will it be enough.
Is it important to watercool chipset?
How much does the pump heat up the water?
Should I use 1/2" or 3/8" tubing?

you might might be able to get away with a smaller pump but if you stick with this it gives you room for upgrades. if you want to add the chipset block i would stick with the D5.

How should I connect parts:
it rather than having non-conductive just make sure it doesn't leak. as for the additives this stuff (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=381_384&products_id=1955) looks good, its also inexpensive. then just use distilled water for the rest.

or
pump -> front radiator (intake) -> rear radiator (exhaust) -> waterblocks -> reservoir
out of those two i would go with the first. but i think i would do it like this, Pump > Rad(front or back one) > CPU > Rad(front or back one)> GPU > Res > Pump

if you mount the rads outside it should be fine. how many hhd's do you have, how many 51/4" drives, and how many 31/2" are taken up? what case do you have?
Is it important to watercool chipset?
if your doing lots of overclocking it might be worth getting, otherwise just make sure if gets enough air when you water cool the cpu and gpu

not enough to worry and if you put the rad after the pump all the heat from the pump will be gone.

1/2" gets better flow and therefore better cooling but 3/8" will be fine if you don't have the room.

I don't know how could I watercool my chipset cause I have ASUS M2N-SLi Deluxe so my graphic card is in the way and 2nd problem is MOSFET and chipset are connected with a heatpipe.

That is why I thought the rad on the intake fan shuldn't heat up the air much cause that would result higher temps of the chipset.

I have a Seagate Barracuda 320 GB (I will cool it with fans so it will take up a 5.25" and a DVD-RW. One 5.25" opening is for power & reset switch (but I can mod it to fit in a 3.5") and I will also buy Thermaltake Hardcano 13.
I think I'm gona use 1/2" Tygon tubing.And could I get a better rad for 50$?

i'm pertty sure there are blocks that can be used for the chipset that don't block the video card from going in. (looking for blocks ATM) ok so i was told this one (http://www.dangerden.com/store/product.php?productid=157&cat=46&page=1) can fit on your board for the chipset.

i wouldn't put it so the heat from the rad goes into the case, i would have it blow out. i would mount one rad on the back 120mm fan spot and the second either on the top of the case with some 1"+ stand offs or in 3 of the 5.25 bays)

if your buying tygon tubing for its kinkfreeness(?) a couple of people have bought it here and not liked it a whole lot. if money is tight i would go with other stuff. as for a better rad this (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=200&products_id=3495) is what i will be getting once i go with water.
for the chipset if you do water cool it you can just cut the heatpipe and keep whats left on the voltage regulators. all that heatpipe does it bring the heat from the chipset to the fins so the voltage regulators will still be fine. if anything they should be better off without the load from the chipset. i've never cut a heat pipe so i'm not sure how much gas is in it. so be careful if you do cut it open, i would suggest outside.

the most i personally would do is get a dremal and start cutting and just look in the other direction while i cut, but thats me so w/e suits ya.:D
My net connection works at last. I was reading a thread on forum and someone brought up koolance. I went to their site and realized they shipp to Croatia :banana:. I found a HDD waterblock (HD-50-L06 (HD) [6mm, 1/4"]), VGA block (VID-205-L06 (GeForce 7800/7900/7950, Radeon 1800/1900/1950) [6mm, 1/4"]), and at last I found a MOSFET cooler for my ASUS mobo, this means I will be able to cool my chipset with water.
If I have all this stuf should I have more than 2 120 mm rads?
I think 1 120 mm and 2x120 mm single pass rads from danger den would be a good choice.

Actually, for tubing I'd have to say Neoprene. It has a very low evaporation rate compared to all of the tubing in your poll. Its not too expensive, and if it means less refills then that can't be a bad thing.

The site isn't very user-friendly but they'll have what you need. To get to Neoprene tubing look for the "Tubing" link under "Fittings, Pipe, Tubing and Hose". Then under "Rubber", Neoprene will be listed. You can get it based on the Inner Diameter (ID) and outer Diameter (OD). Make sure you get the right ID based on the parts you're getting.

ya or dual pass for more heat transfer, either one will work good.

Hmm Koolance, they're products aren't upto the quality of Danger Den, they're overpriced and because of the smaller tubing much less performance.
Have a look for EK Waterblocks, im sure they have a MOSFET cooler for that board they do 3 versions for ASUS boards.
I think I will only watercool my CPU, GPU and HDD? I have a small budget.
Should I choose Danger Den MAZE 5 low profile GPU block or Koolance VID-205-L06 GPU block?

I wouldn't worry about HDD, just put a fan close to it and it will be cool enough.

Ya, another vote for ditching the hdd waterblock. If you want to overclock you should be able to suck some more juice outa your system by throwing on a chipset block on the northbridge. On my crappy overclocking old board I pulled another 200mhz out of just throwing on a mcw30 swiftech chipset block.
You can get nice chipset blocks for like 25-35 bucks so not bad for the extra cooling they give you. Much more productive than a hdd block imo.
