Blah. The legal system(s) of the planet seem(s) to be total crap... I dunno, people sue for whatever they can and anything you say can be a threat. Total BS. None of it makes sense at all, and I've given it my share of brainpower for a little while, so I"ll leave it be. Let's see what next Friday holds for me.

Unofficially, we're mini-america. Only difference is we have less technology (unless you include NextG) and less guns.

That is one of the worse suits i've ever read about. Yes, we've had some incredible cases of suit-abusers, but this is the worst i have ever seen outside of america.
Seriously. Are you allowed to express your opinion in australia, or are they against free speech there? What's the basis for this suit? Bad press?
2clix-"dey're forum members say bad stuffz about our product! We want money cuz' we's fail as softwear company!
Australian Gubment (hopefully)-Shut the flux up.

I don't know, apparently not. The sad thing is the site is the medium of other people saying how bad the product is, however they don't try to sue the members (also the company posted in the forum as well), they sue the owner of the medium used. From what I've read, they're a very very poor managed company.... so how can they claim loss of profits when it's their own doing?!
That's total crap. That would be like the guys at NewEgg suing TBCS because one of our forum users had a bad shipping experience and posted here about it. (Don't get any ideas guys...) It's not Pauls fault, and the user had a legit gripe. Man, if anything like that happened to TBCS, the other side would have one helluva mob at their doorstep!
Git yer pitchforks 'n torches boys.. we're gonna have a party.

It is, because several companies got suckered into buying it..... and regret it majorly.
