Its an excerpt from Chopin's Raindrop Prelude.

EDIT: I was just reading the comments on the youtube clip and there is a comment that is almost the same as mine verbatim. I guess great minds think a like.. :D I just happened to remember it from my Music Appreciation class in college. The instructor was very big on Chopin.
