Ive been going crazy trying to find a site with a good deal on 120mm Red Led Case fans and Black cable sleeving. Ive looked through about all SgtM's list and can't find what im looking for at a decent price.
The 120mm red led fans I wanted at newegg got sold out because I procrastinated and now im paying for it. Because I wanted 8, they were only 3.30 each. Now I am looking at all these other sites and seeing between 10-15$ per fan. That is just rediculous for the amount i need. Totally not worth it.
I also need black cable sleeving to sleeve my psu and other cables, but I cant find that for less than like $15. I should have bought all this long before. But I didn't think i would actually go through with the case.
Now that I am getting there, it is really frustrating not having these things lying around. Crap, at this point id go for a really good deal on just plain black fans and just using my ccfl's and maybe just get another set of those for 10$ or something.
Any good sites that have good deals on these two things??? Thanks in advance.
Sorry if this isn't the best place, couldn't find a place for things needed. Hot hardware deals id rather not clutter with my "looking for" thread.

Not too bad IMO.
Also, you won't find a sleeving kit for much less than $15. Otherwise, there's this.

Thanks .Mal.
Ya I looked at the apevia fans. Its just so damn frustrating not knowing if newegg will get the other fans back in. Kinda sucks to have to dish out twice as much at a minimum for the fans i want.
Things would be much easier if i picked a more common color say green or blue.
And for the sleeving by foot, I just don't know how much I need and what diameters. I found a white kit for 3.99$ on like xoxide or one of those, but white doesn't go with anything on this build...but could potentially go with the Resident evil case i am planning in the back of my mind that hopefully will come to fruition.
Has anyone tried spray painting that sleeving???
I could get the white and do the black and red paint job that is on the rest of the case, but not sure how they react to paint.

have you actually used that fan maleficus i oned 2 of that fan exact model (from newegg) and 3 blue ones that came with the first case i bought (socket 754 build with my dad) also the sole thing that got me into case modding compared to my thermaltake fans and then my 120mm white led fans the blues and reds ran like crap they were loud and the leds arent in the slightest bit bright also one of the molex pins on the end of a blue one ripped out one in the psu disallowing the use to that molex plug on the psu and ruinging the fan (i didnt know how to pin molex connectors
if this is the same fans i had i dont personally trust it but i could be wrong i bought apevia 120mm fans the same color and they were crappy but i apoligize if they got better
good luck ben
oh also the white led fans i got were only 6 bucks each

The Apevia fans are pretty good. I had a 120mm blue one that was pretty quiet and worked well.
As far as the sleeving goes, if you don't know what lengths and diameters you need, a kit won't be much help either ;). For this job you'll need to whip out the trusty ruler and measure. Find out the exact number, and order a couple feet more, because you'll probably mess up once and you may need more than you originally thought. You'll also need to buy some heatshrink tubing. That you can do at a local hardware store.

Thanks guys.
Ya I guess I will go through and measure how much I need and buy it in pieces.
As for Heatshrink, I have a whole box of red heatshrink so I am good on that.
Ive been trying to think up something creative to do with the wires...everyone does the braiding thing. But its so hard to come up with something else that is just as effective.
As for fans I've been thinking about the red and black Thermaltake fans. But I dont know if they are really red. Some look red some look orange so im not too sure about those. When I go to microcenter I can look at them in person then order online.

They're orange, I have one.

Thanks for the heads up. I would have been pissed if i got them and they were orange. That would have sucked.
What store would you get vinyl dye from??? I went to Lowes and asked for some but they had no clue what it even was. I wanted it to dye my molex connectors. I live in a really big area with lots of stores so if you know any that would like A.C.Moore or Home Depot or anything like that let me know! Thanks in advance.
As for sleeving, for 3.99 I can get a couple of these and dye them and use them for my next project as they are
