Hi.
I am trying to make a front panel for some old mb - ASUS A7V600-X cause the case where I am having it is quite old too and the audio front panel is missing. By default the mainboard has 4 of the pins connected by 2 jumpers like the image shows.
This is the scheme from the mainboard user guide.
Now, I am having a stereo out jack and a bunch of cables with pin connectors at the end and I'm thinking to make myself some audio front panel.
In the user guide is saying that for using the audio front panel I have to take out those jumpers.
Do you have any idea how should I connect those cables (l,r and gnd) from the stereo out jack so I will have a working audio out that will cut off the back sound when I connect something in front? I don't care about the microphone, just want to make the audio front to work.
Thx.
