how do u think an antec 900 painted blue, with the drive bays painted silver?

also would the antec 900 be able to fit the geforce 9800 gtx wen it comes out?

Whether or not we like it doesn't matter; you'll be looking at it every day and not us, so if you think it would look good go for it.

That being said, if you want to try different color combinations, make a Sketchup and go crazy with it. That way, you'll actually _know_ if you looks good or not.

I don't know how long the 9800GTX will be, so I have no idea. It probably will fit though, just barely. If cards get any longer than they are now, we'll need a new form factor.

If you want to have plenty of room for next-gen cards go Full-ATX and make sure that even the largest of cards (R600, lol) gets plenty of clearance.

As far as the colors go, it's up to you.

imo, a case that has been painted all one color and then the drive bays painted another color, doesn't look very attractive. But that is just my opinion, its up to you to decide.

I'll give you some advice imo though.

Seems like what you want is a base color of blue and an accent color of silver. That sounds pretty nice, the right blue and silver goes together fairly well. So what you want to do is make most of the case blue and some of the case silver. Just a little silver here and there, to "accent" things. Small example would be this case (http://www.techpowerup.com/gallery/918/__1.jpg), it looks like he painted two areas silver (it might of came that way for all I know though).

So you can do what that guy did, or you can do something else, or you can do what he did and then some. Its really up to you.

Looking at pictures of the 900, I would say if you painted the case blue (pearlescent maybe?) and all the mesh areas silver, that would look pretty cool I think. I don't own a 900, so I can't say for sure. But its just paint, you can always scrape it off and start over. ^_^
