so in an attempt to curb the gold farming on all servers Blizzard has implemented a 1 hour waiting period on items sold on AH (Auction house for all you non-wowers) as usual Blizzard has this crazy Idea that it will not effect John-Q paying his 15 bucks a month, already payed a hundred bucks for his friggin acct >.< (in canada anyway)

IMHO it's retarded, I'm saving up for a mount, and it's taking FOREVER now... bastages.... gold farmers will never be curbed completely, and all attempts to stop it will just end up slowing down gameplay for everyone else... blizz needs to get their heads out of their butts before everyone pulls out and starts playing newer games.

I pulled out, AH everything was too expensive, except for mats, which were hella cheap. Nothing I posted sold, and my guild went to hell. Stupid level 70s can't help me just once (hence why I kept asking every fifteen minutes for a run as I'd been waiting in LFG for TWO WEEKS about an hour every day) with some stupid instance. All in all, it became annoying to play and I decided I'd rather spend my $15 elsewhere. My dad and both my brothers need to find another game, that's getting old as I have nobody to play anything over the LAN with... slackers! :F

I multibox in wow, not on the level of this guy ( link (http://thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?p=116408#post116408) ), but I run 2 or more at a time, unless I'm raiding or PVPing. I was annoyed at the hour wait time at first, and I still think it accomplishes nothing other than alienating legitimate customers. But, after living with it a few days I don't see it as being as big of a deal as I originally thought. It IS a senseless inconvenience, but I'll deal with it. My way of dealing with it, is that I keep an alternate character on every account camped at the AH. I mail all my stuff to him and sell it, I check him once in a while. Since the mail/ah changes I've been using one ah -alt exlusively, and trading the items face to face. Basically, it's the old idea of "it takes a village to raise a warrior" or maybe I'm misquoting. But seriously, with the amount of consumables necessary to raid, repair costs, respeccing for pvp, etc. It can get bad if you don't have farm time. WoW seems to be having the opposite problem EverQuest had, people had too much money there because there weren't any artifical drains on the economy. With WoW though, there's the consumables, all of the mounts, rep turn in items, tradeskill recipes etc.
