View Full Version : TFT/LCD Wiring to VGA

Hi, What I would like to do is wire this 7" LCD/TFT monitor to a vga connector. Im guesing the for wire I have ringed in the pic are some which will do the RGB, this monitor is a Sharp LQ070T5BG01. I believe that I will have to do somthing with the hsync and vsync but dont know what they are. Does any one now how to do this and if so give me some help please. Thanks Ronnie.

I would say that your best bet is to use a tv-out on the PC to run this, rather than a vga out.

I've tried that but all you get is a blurry pic and its not wanted for watching dvd's. So I would like to get this working via a vga connector I know this can be done just cant find a good howto/guide. So any help would be great - p.s. even if some body finds the lcd/pcb design/pinouts would be great to.

What you have circled looks to just be power cables acording to the pics below (2nd one).
