I tried looking for the video in the page info, but I couldn't even find a media file. Is it a pop up video player or something?

I clicked the help, and it suggested flash 6 or higher. I have 9 so that can't be the problem. I even tried Internet Explorer <spit!> but that didn't work either.

i just installed flash for the first time on my current setup (to watch videos in steam) then watched it just now and it worked for me.

It worked for me. I hate faux news though. Still, air craft carriers and muscle cars FTW!
