PS3 Mod help please...

Ok well its not really a mod, but my friend wants a new hard drive for her ps3. She thinks it has to be a laptop drive. Does anyone know for sure?

And does anyone know the ease level of which to open a ps3? My friend is far too interested in me destroying hers for her...

ok nevermind, this can be closed. I just got a hold of an e-copy of the ps3 manual which details how to do it in there. So scratch that! haha. Sorry guys.
