Sound to Light

I remember seeing a little tutorial a while back with a small component that would convert sound to normal pulses of electricity, to do things like light up some LEDs (with the addition of a small amplifier thingy). I want to know what it's called :think: Really bugging me now lol

I believe you're looking for a sound reactive inverter. I think those are for CCFLs though. Not sure about LEDs.
