It's turned into a fire storm in California... This sucks... they're starting to evacuate about 2 miles from me.

My eyes and nose hurt like hell. I feel so bad for these people losing their homes..

We haven't got evacuated yet thanks to the wind but they said the fire by me will not fully be contained until November 1st - November 3rd. (WTF???)

I finally got some sleep but from what I heard around 8am this morning, over 300,000 acres had burned. over 1000 houses and over 100 commercial buildings.

To make things better, someone caused ANOTHER fire (already put out I believe) by tossing a lit cigarette. These people need to be put in the chair.

I think that if I were to live there I'd have my house in a clearing and set it up so that I dont' have to worry about it burning, sure it takes a lot to clear brush, but it takes more to get all your stuff back after losing it. Best of wishes to all who have or may lost/lose their house.

Some smokers are real inconsiderate... just smelling the smoke makes me extremely nauseous, and after seeing what it's doing to a couple of my friends, I'm avoiding cigarettes like the plague.

This fire is spreading like a wildfire! Oh wait...

Seriously, SoCal guys, I would get out of there. Better to leave now while you can with your valued things than lose it all to a fire because you waited. And if it never gets close, all the better for you.
