^As the title says^

My X1900XTX plagues me no more!

The reason I am making a whole thread about this is because, it has taken me almost 8 months to sell. I had two people say they'd buy it and then email me back another day saying they were going to spend a little more money to get a new card. I've lowered the price $65 from $250 to $185, just so I could keep up with the influx of newer much more powerful DirectX 10 Cards.

Theres only one problem though: I'm going to have to use my crappy X600 PCI-E Graphics Card until I get my new one around November 19th (ATI HD3870/HD2950 Release). 20 days without playing the Crysis Demo again! (Then again by then I'll have the full version...)

It will be worth it in the end though...

So anyone here finally sell something recently after a very frustrating sales process?

My soul, couldn't believe how low I had to drop the price before the dark one was interested. :(

No, but I think I will give on of my 7800gt 's to my friend. Hes still using an 850Xt and it is really showing its age. I will probably give the other to my dad. I dont think I would get any thing out of selling them. Rather them go to someone that needs them. Of course, none of this will happen until I get my 8800gt on thursday. "Hurry up UPS....."

I have NO idea what you are talking about. I *wish* I had your guys' problems.

Well, with luck, I'll have a new one soon since thats the last piece I need for my new system other than waterblocks.

So you only got $185 for your 1900xtx? -Damn. I wonder what I could get for mine I'll even included a brand new unused Danger Den water block for it.

How did you sell it? Ebay, Crags list? ???

I managed to sell Karma after a few hiccups. She went for $1200 CAD with a 19" Dell LCD, x1950pro 256, 2gb OCZ Platinum, and a D820 proc.

To rebuild it new would have cost me 1700, so I think I did alright.

Mine included an arctic cooling accelero x2 since anything is better than the stock cooler. I bet you'd be able to pick up about $200-$225 for yours. As I said in my first post, the price of graphics cards are dropping really fast. 1 year ago that was a $325 card. For $325 nowyou can pick up a new 8800GT and a waterblock for it...

Anyway, I sold it on craigslist, so that I don't have to deal with shipping or ebay fees.
