Hi. I am really new to modding and am getting ready to attempt my first case mod. I am looking to create a window in my case, and the end goal is to somehow make it go from transparent to opaque, and or just luminesent, with the flip of a switch. My idea is to spray the back of a lexan sheet that will be use as the window with clearneon and mount UV cathodes on either side of the window, and then add a switch to exernal of the case. I have no experience with this product and first off don't know if it will stick on the lexan well, and secondly wonder if it will keep the window clear enough to still see into the case. My other option is to order an acrylic window that is already UV reactive and use it, but I would rather not since I have the lexan already.

Any help with this would be appreciated. I recently joined the forums and have really enjoyed reading them. I can tell there are some seriously talented modders on here!

First off, welcome to TBCS!

I've heard of it, but never used it. According to the web site, it's completely clear until lit up by UV. Looks like some fun stuff.

Have a look at their photo gallery.
