The two concept paintings I've done so far for my game design project for school:

I'm addicted to facebook! There's this awesome application called graffiti, which lets you draw pictures on people's pages:

pretty good stuff, but they need a main focus, a person/object/creature/machine/robot etc.

Ive recommended http://www.conceptart.org/ to some of my other friends since a lot of professional artists belong to the forums. They also have some contest or something, where novice to intermediate artists draw a themed picture and you get like a spot on their limited main page (where the best of the best art is placed)

If you like graffiti you can try opencanvas, it allows people to share a .... canvas (DUH) with other people. It was originally Japanese, but its mostly translated into english now. Keep in mind you may need to forward ports and what-not if you plan to host it, otherwise just force another person to host :P

Some nice stuff there, what are you drawing with a tablet or mouse?

That one with the sunset in the valley reminds me of Nick Deligaris' (i think) Sleeping Sun.

And as D1337 said ConceptArt.org is just one awesome place, although tbh i think its more novice to - near enough professionals who enter the competitions, they have some serious guys on there. Marko Djurdjevic is one of them, i love his art with a passion.

Thanks guys. I often to go to conceptart.org for inspiration, but I'm not actually a member because I never really had time to draw much. But now I'm forced to, for school, so I might actually sign up and work on improving.

I use a tablet, Wacom Intuos 3. I love Marko Djurdjevic's art as well, but at the moment my favourite artist has to be Dehong He, the detail and the way he uses the (digital) brush is just incredible!
