Dead X-box 360 Network Connection

Me and my friends were playing Halo 3 on Xbox 360, and then we left to go do something else for 2 hours. When we came back, we went to play again, but it could not connect. We checked the wire, we made sure that everything had an internet connection, and we also did the "Test Connection" option on the X-Box. Nothing worked. Nothing is broken, the cables are fine; we tested the same cables on the computer (and were using them earlier).

Neeways, we can not find anything anywhere on about this problem. I was jsut wondering if anyone else here has heard of, or had this problem. If not does anyone else has any ideas?

He really doesn't want to send it in to Microsoft since that will probably take several weeks before he had it back.

First time i read the title i was thinking 3ROD...

Turn off the Xbox, router, modem, whatever etc for a few minutes, turn on try again.
