cf question

i need to know how to make CF. im thinking of making black cf with orange cf flames. first of all, how long does it take. second is it expensive and third if i cut flames in the orange cf, will it fray the edges and f*ck it up?

i was thinking camouflage. what do you mean make it? like painting the effect, pm commando or look through his tutorials, it you mean actually make it then i would image its a lot cheaper and easier to buy.
