I've gone and bought a couple of bikes this week, a brand new Yamaha XJR1300 and and old '72 Honda CB350 Four.

Anyway the pictures:

Note the size difference between the XJR and the CB! :lol:

As you can see, the XJR has plenty of room for the larger gentleman.

The CB350 however, does not...

Damn, Bucko~~!!!! You really know how to make a comeback on the forums!! (assuming you're settled into the new pad by now) Those are very sweet looking rides. The CB350 looks to be in great shape.

Awesome rides! I love the advertising lingo "plenty of room for the larger gentleman, the CB350 does not" LOL! Glad to see you're enjoying the paycheck.

Green with envy.

Well the green and white matches my Hillman well with it's green paint and white roof. :D<-Green smilie.

I'm not quite back here properly yet. I'm still house hunting. Now I have the XJR it will be a bit easier to travel and check out some more places. The original house I looked at fell through, but there are plenty more out there.
I'm still working at the moment to get as much extra money as I can until I find a place. My spare time online at work has been pretty much just real estate galore (other than some time spent looking for bikes that is! :D) but I haven't even looked at a dremel lately.
Knowing I'm moving also means time packing getting ready for it.
The worst thing is you don't need something until after you pack it.... :hurt::rolleyes:

I might stay in this job a little longer yet though. The State Manager has gotten wind of me quitting and now wants to have a meeting with me to discus my pay. We'll see just how valuable I am to the company... 8)

Hey Bucko;
Take a look at my "Angola' thread in the links section, I think you'd get a kick out of that bike trip.

I had a 1973 CB350four. It was my first bike and I loved it. Mine was purple and white but I loved it anyway. Nice new bike you got there too!
