hello everybody
i'm modding my pc, i'm new doing this, the problem is my power supply i need to extend the cables, how can do it? , what can i use?. I'm very clueless. :?

If its only a short jump that you needs you can look at the 4 pin Y adapters that will geve you about 6" more. If you are looking to go a long distance you can cut / solder / shrink wrap the wires to add the desired lenght (Also check for any power loss do to soldering).

It is standard stranded wire. Just match the gauge.

It will be writen on the side of the wire something like 24 GAW

You can also buy special extenders for use in full tower cases - just because they're supposed to be for full towers doesnt mean you cant use em anywhere - bit safer and easier than soldering - altho will cost you a touch more - then you don't need to worry about wire colours (yes I'm english and we put U's in colour :p)
