I see a lot of blue space below the ad on the right bar. How about putting an index of the wiki topics there?

It would integrate the forums and wiki more closely and steer people with common questions towards the wiki - and might help encourage growth in contributions to the wiki as a bonus.

How about a larger icon for "New Posts"?

Or maybe a list of 3 of the last posts you've recently read.

Or have the ability to sticky your own favorite posts there but only for you. Each member could customize their page that way. Edit: Basically a list of your subscribed threads.

It could be wiki for guests and widgets (wiki, fave posts, recent posts, etc) for members ... unless that space be reserved for future use?
