I think this should be in the fix it shop section, adding profanity to your title won't really help. The error message might. These links might help. Google is your friend.

It's your video card driver either corrupt or conflicting. Uninstall the card from the control panel, using add/remove programs if it's a driver/suite. Make sure you have the latest drivers downloaded and ready to install.

If that doesn't help, check the memory.
Download this (http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/), burn the disc, boot from it and run one of the memtest options. Run it overnight if need be.

+rep dude. I hadn't seen that before. That disk could be usefull. I have a lot of that stuff on floppies. Much easier. Thanks

Machine specs?

It could be caused by a couple things: Memory (which has been stated), a corrupted video driver (stated as well) or an underpowered PSU.

http://www.journeysystems.com/?powercalc will give you a rough estimate, although they are currently redesigning their calculator.

arr yea this should be in fix it sorry about that >.< was a bit tired when i posted it. and sorry about the title.

thanks for the help +rep to all that helped.

and im gonna try the videocard driver today.
i dont tihnk it would be memory cause i had a problem with memory early this year and had it fixed then replaced the memory.

and i dought it is underpowered psu cause i used that calucalot and it said i need 280 watts and i used a bit higher cpua nd ghz as they didnt have my one, and i got a 500 watt psu.

Well I've answered you. And I did this at 7:40 am on a Sunday, before I've even had my coffee...http://bestsmileys.com/yawning/2.gif

If anyone else is having problems, the one I've used is this one (http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html), rather than the ubcd for windows which Spawn is having trouble with. I've never seen that one before.

Did you download the .zip, the .exe or the .iso?

I went with the .iso and just burned it in Nero.
