I'm Starting up a series of reviews called "Games you Should Have Played".

I started with Deus ex because it is one of the lesser popular games that you should have played.

I am also attempting at video reviews. Not sure how much i like it. My mic sucks. Idk. Worst case I go back to writing.

Btw....Youtube sucks....I gotta find a better way.

Man, if that doesn't bring back the memories!

Great job on this. I'd consider overdubbing your vocal track after recording the walkthrough, that way there's no key clicks in the background.

+rep, can't wait to see what you review next! Scorched Earth, perhaps?!? :p

Thats actually what I did. lol.

The key clicks are from ****ty mic syndrome

I played it, and although i never finished the game, i found it quite fun at the time it was out.

hahah ya that was a great game. you also might check out a game named thief as well. its one of those classics that was not as popular as it likely should have been. also an edios product. if you dont have it and wish to do a review, pm me and i will arrange something.

I'll see what I can do to review the original thief.

Gotta rummage through my collection.

SS2 looks awesome... someone review that! I still want to get a legit copy from somewhere... maybe Amazon or something one day...

Nice review btw. I watched it a week ago or something like that. Get a good mic and add the voice footage later on and you'll do good.

The video review is shamefull at best.

Glad you got it though, your definitally in for an experience.

The second one however pretty much has the same story as the first. You'll see it when you play it.

Deus Ex has about 10+ hours gameplay time I'd say. Not sure about Deus Ex invis war however.

It's a bit different from most games I've played so I played a little of it and will most likely come back for more later. I'm the same way with music and all that. Been playing the second, it's kind of fun. I hate how you need medkits though, those things are a pain in the ass.

If your outta medkits, a good tip is to drink/eat anything (Except zyme). Eveything you can ingest gives you some form of health. Alchohal related stuff gives some trippy side effects though.

In the second one I restarted to redo my modifications and got the health regen and hacking ones up all the way. Those two seem the most useful to me.

I wish i had the money to buy some games. I've only ever bought 3.5 and thoes were BF2 & Special Forces(the .5), Commando which licked monkey sac, and warrock which is free-2-play but i wanted my dog tags damnit!

What year was that game released?

Oh, one of my fav games happens to be Freedom Fighters from EA for PC, its got a cartoonish look so the gfx are still awsome. From Oct 2003 http://www.ea.com/official/freedom/freedomfighters/us/demo.jsp

Video link is broken.

But I'll say that Deus EX was on of big fav's back in the day.

If I could suggest a game to do a review on, one of my all time favorite RPG's was Planescape: Torment. Everything about this game is flawless and anyone would do a disservice to themselves to not play it at least once.

You can practically get it for free now because the developer is no longer around anymore.
