I got a question, I have a set (2gb dual channel) of low latency (4-4-4) ram
and a (1gb dual channel) 5-5-5 latency ram.

is it posible to have both inside my comp and have one ram pair run at 4-4-4 and the other at 5-5-5?

Nope. You'll have to run both at 4-4-4-12 (I'm assuming it's 12) or 5-5-5-15.
