First Mod.

Well, I have been wanting to learn how to mod computer cases. So, I was wondering if someone could tell me what tools are necessities and where I can purchase them for an affordable price. Keep in mind I have a low budget.

this all depends on the complexity of your mod. personaly i would start out with just a paint job or a window. as far as cutting tools for window mods and bolts .. glue paint sand paper a ruler and window trim (if you want) can mostly be purchased at your local hardware store.

I was wondering more just what tools do I need in general. For any mods. Like power tools?

In general i would suggest for your first mod you will only need a dremel with some decent cutting bits and possibly a drill (blow holes/fan holes with a holesaw). It depends on what you want to do. If you are planning to do alot of cutting for windows etc. then a jigsaw could be a worthwhile investment as it makes cutting much quicker and easier. Aside from powertools, files and sandpaper should be all you need plus some different sized drill bits.
