what u thing?... would make a neat drive station or wc station like dans turbine, but i dont wanna copy that one:banana:

if i get to work with the tubes ill get this moved to WIP, until then plz post comments and ideas:D

EDIT:

im thinking of having a dvd-rom device and 2 or more harddrives inthere. a 140 mm cooler fits perfectly to make a god airflow:P

I think copying dan's turbine would be perfect. Kinda paying homage and giving it your own spin. BTW, (original NES) metroid FTW! +rep for the idea. Let me know when you want this moved.

Dang it!!! SgtM stole my idea :p That model would be perfect to
make into a turbine thing like dan's idea. And it wouldnt necessarily
be copying since this model is way different from his.

well.. i liked dans turbine, but i think its a bit to big just to put a res and a raddy in:/.. even with a pump i dont think i would be satisfied...

there is room for a standard sized powersupply in the back so the posiblities are countless!

yeah but with it shaped like a cylinder and going off the scale of a standard ATX PSU, a WC setup is about all you can fit. Obviously a PC isn't gonna fit in there, not even a MATX board. Its just not the right size and shape to accommodate that stuff. With the turbine idea you could fit maybe 2-4 rads in there or something, maybe integrate the entire Watercooling setup. Or (i just got this idea) you could mount your HDs or CD/DVD drives and PSU in there and use it as a drive bay and then mount it on the top of a case. Maybe mod a lanbox to make a super small super powerful computer. I'm just rambling at this point but there are a few ideas for you.

well.. the idea was to mount the dvd, hdd and some other stuff inthere and make it alle go out via one usb port:)... i got an idea wich requires an aktuator:D this is gonna be neat!
im gonna fit the atx psu intere and wire it up so that i can turn it on and off via some sort of switch:)

Looks like a WIP to me, but if you want to wait until you've done a little more to move it, that's fine with me. PM me when you want it moved, and I'll take care of it for you. Looking good BTW.
