Wall mountable micro atx case needed...

I am looking for a micro atx case with capabilities of wall mounting. I have all my own parts so I don't want one with parts already in the case. It has to fit normal profile nvidia 7300 gt graphics card. Does anyone know of one I can buy?

Why use a case? Mount the mobo straight to the wall, and go from there. :)

I've never seen any cases capable of being mounted to a wall. However, it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to fabricate or attach some sort of wall mounts to the case, or even use some kind of strapping.

I think all you would need would be a drill, drill bits, screws and a stud finder.

I was going to post a link to a similar thread with pictures, but it seems that the pics are broken/missing now. In a nutshell, the OP made a shadowbox for his PC and hung it on the wall.

Denichi makes some that can mount to a wall. It would probably be cheaper to buy some brackets and mount some old case yourself though.

If you want to go fairly cheap. Just build a shelf on the wall and set your computer on top of it. Otherwise you might need to build a bracket that attaches to frame of a case to make sure it doesnt fall. AND MAKE SURE YOU PUT IT ON A STUD!! haha or your nice little compy will be on the floor in a matter of seconds.

I agree with what Skriger said with the shelf. If your worried about it falling off attach a strap around it that is also attached to the wall (like a computer seatbelt).

Or you could always turn this into a case mod and make a normal case that can attach to the wall.

The only way I could help you on this is if you were using Mini-ITX.

I don't know of a manufacturer that makes a Micro-ATX wall-mountable case.

im not sure on the spefic's but you might be able to find a big enough under-cabnit cd/radio player that would house a M-ATX board.

oh, you can get riser cards so you can lay your perfierals on there side.
