hdd wc block help

i really need to cool some harddrives and ive thought of the koolance liquid bag thing but ive been told that theese are bad:/

really could need some advices on what to buy here:S

I've never actually wc'd hdd's before, so I wont be of much help on that. However, I've always just added a fan (or 2) in front of my hdd's to keep them cool, and havent had a drive failure for years.

yeah, but its more the principle of having them wc´ed:P
btw life time should almost double

A release I read from either WD or Seagate (cant recall which) said that if you can lower the ambient temps by 10', you'll double the life of the drives.

That's why I started adding fans in front of the drives in all my PCs. I agree that watercooling would be better, I just havent gotten around to building one yet (time/cash issues).

The ThermalTake Aquabay M4 would be my choice for a HDD block allthough it fits a 5.25 bay which might not be ideal for some.

if i were to w/c the hdd's i would grab one of the following style of coolers.

out of all of those i would go with Denger Den. i would stay way from anything thermaltake w/c.
