Well, here's my news and why I haven't been posting on the site for a while:

I have left the country of my birth (England) and am currently seeking political asylum in another European country. All the official papers are under way. I have been deliberately denied medical care for long enough to endanger my life, advised by the police and several other important agencies to leave and so I have. I am now officially a political refugee.

I can't hate England but I certainly have no respect any more for that country. The way the politics works (it doesn't), the privelege of the few (which is huge) and the cost of that paid by the many (equally huge) - then the way I have been allowed to fall into severe ill-health to serve the criminal ends of a small cabal of evil people.

My MP tried working for two years to beat these people and gave up. My doc finally advised me to flee and so I did.

The only material thing I brought with me is a small picture of my Tibetan meditation teacher. I left an appartment full of the crap accumulated to live a life. ... including my mod "deskpooter", nearly finished, and maybe now never to be completed.

I have no idea if I will succeed with the asylum claim but even if I don't I have the legal right to live here. But I want it official .... I don't want to be a "British Citizen" any longer. How could I?

Congrats dude! I recently left somewhere I couldn't stand either: my parents' house. My dad is an asshole, I started to see that after he ****ed up my arm real bad after Thanksgiving and I reviewed my childhood realizing it sucked. I'm now in NY staying with my grandparents and I've got plenty of people up here to help me get my life going.

And yeah, whatever happened to my galaxy? I'm still not a big fan of this ****ry.

How unfortunate that you get screwed around enough to have to leave. I truly hope you can get better care wherever you end up. I hope you can recover some, you need a better chance at life. Too bad about leaving your mods and stuff but I'm sure you'll have new mods once you start getting better.
