I came across this website and after looking at some of the projects people have I've decided that I want to build my own case. I have no experience of doing anything like this before Im a law student with an interest in computers, but i have always been a gifted DIYer.
Iv read the guide as to how to get started and have come up with the budget and I actually have the case I want to use.
The problem im having is figuring out how to build a base unit that will hold the PSU as well the water cooling pump and water reservoir, in addition to look good sitting underneath a SilverStone Temjon SST 07 does anyone have any ideas

Welcome to the forums Khuz360!
For starters, why do you need a base unit for the PSU, pump, and res? You'll definitely be able to fit all of it into the case (it's a full tower, right?). The case itself has a mount for the PSU, and pumps aren't all that big. You'll have a harder time routing the tubes throughout the case. The res can go almost anywhere too, any place you have room actually. If you need some ideas, in a coming update (tonight hopefully) I'll be doing some of this in my current project, *shameless plug* Project Shark. My pump is going in the 3.5" bay, the res is going under the hard drives, and the PSU is going in the PSU mount.
Any more questions, just ask :).

It is a full tower however any space that could potentially store the res or pump will be most likely be taken up because my intention for the system is to have the front 5.25 ports taken up by a lcd screen as well as a breakout box for a soundcard a dvd drive and a dvd rw and the case has seven ports so it most likely that there wont be any space for the pump and res.
The pump im looking to use will be from the swiftech H20 Apex Ultra Kit because I will be using this kit for the whole system although I will most likely add to it to increase the cooling capabilities.
So on the basis of what will be in the case, in your opinion would it still fit in the case. Im doubting my thoughts of it not fitting in because of you seem quite confident that it will. Apologies for being such a major newbie.
