Very cool.. the ability to write custom software depending on your device of choice is a great idea.

I like the idea of a GPS camera with preview screen. Connect that to a USB EVDO modem, and you've got a streaming/traceable video feed from anywhere that has cellular coverage.

Mount that onto a go-kart or something, and go out and tear around. You can monitor location on a realtime map, plus see what they see! :D
