About Awards

I have few questions:

1. Awards are given to all users that have completed their projects? Or there is some kind of system developed?

2. Is there a place on a forum where I can learn more information about awards too?

1) yes, among other things (front page mod feature, front page review, hall of fame, featured worklog, written tutorial, more to come).

2) not yet, but there will be at some point as well as the other new features.
