Okay, TBCS was recently blocked from Digging our threads because we have been "digging third party content". Even though the threads are posted on many boards, the content we digg is directly from our own site so my guess is this is some sort of misunderstanding. I've sent two emails to them which they have not returned, so I have a back up plan.
Perhaps they will be more likely to respond if the question is presented a little louder? If you are willing, send an email a few times per day to them until we get an answer (I don't want any angry emails, just a simple answer to the question "was this in error, or did we violate Digg policy?"). I've read through the TOS carefully and can see no reason why it would be. So perhaps if we carpet bomb them with inquiries they will listen and answer the question. It's not clear on their site which email address to send it to so I've sent them to different ones each time. Feel free to join me in this resolution to their block. Thanks modders.

Thats awkward. Everything is posted and created on our website. Of course some people post on other websites, but we're diggin ours.
I think its a mistake. It has to be.
I E-mailed them. I also searched for everything that we've already dugg... it's not there.

abuse@digg.com is the addy I've been using.
This also reminds me, time to send out another email.
And regarding being tagged an intermediary site, I have a sneaking suspicion that other digg users reported our links, and the site was automatically blocked.

Still thats really stupid. Itd be like Metacafe getting blocked because some stuff is on Youtube.

Huh. I thought you could dig anything, don't really understand why this would be "third party content". whatever.

Gentlemen (and ladies too); welcome to Fight Club!

Hmm. Here's a random thought Crimson: Start a blogspot, rant and we'll all digg it!

Oh HELL YEAH!
LOL, that's great!
Edit: One minor problem: both sites redirect once you go to the forums.

owning multiple domain names is actually a search engine optimization thing.
Makes it so this site pops up more.
