So I've got a remote control car given to me, but without the charger.
Normally this wouldn't be a problem, because I have a few spare chargers, however...
The battery connector is a little bit different to any I've seen before.
It's sort of like this connector:

but with another square connector with a blue wire.
(Sorry, my description sucks, and so does my google-fu)

I'll see if I can get a picture... (or at least make a sketch of it.)

Can anyone help me figure out how this battery has to be connected to be charged?

my bro's remote control car use's a battery like that, there normally 6 cell rechargables, rated at between 1800-3500,

goto your local model shop and see if they have a charger that has the same connector thats rated for the same as your battery,

OK, thanks XcOM.
I'll do that as soon as I can.

This battery is a sealed Lead Acid battery, which is why I didn't just want to poke at it with a multimeter and figure it out myself...

I have a charger for that battery. Actually I have 3 of those batteries. It looks like a small car battery charger with the opposite connector. Which looks like 2 square pegs and a clip on the top of it to ensure connection to each other.

yeah, but the battery I have has 3 'pegs', which is a PITA, because I have plenty of the chargers with connectors like the one in the picture.

That's pretty much the only RC battery (and airsoft battery) I've ever seen lol. Ohh and those old school cheapy rc car batteries that take those square ones.
