How do I

Can someone tell me how I can take out one of these screws that has the blue circle around it?

First, that's not a screw, it's a rivet. You can easily take one out by drilling it with an 1/8" drill bit. Keep in mind though, by taking it out, you need to re-rivet one back on using a pop riveter or another kind of riveter. Once you drill out the old one, it's done. You can't reuse it, so buy some rivets that are the next size up from that one, and re-rivet when you're done.
