could anyone tell how to change a Dell Dimension 8300 case to a "bZerk midtower scorpio blue"??

As long as the motherboard is ATX standard (and most dells are nowadays) it shouldnt be any more complicated than taking everything out of one case and putting it into the other. Go back a few years and doing ANYTHING Dell didn't want you to do was a complete nightmare but they have improved a lot in recent times

The physical part of the ATX standard basically refers to the location and placement of the expansion slots, the backplate and the screwholes. Pretty sure you're ok with the expansion slots and the backplate, just from that picture there - I suppose you could look at some standard ATX motherboards on manufacturers sites and see if the holes appear to line up. I'm pretty sure you'll be fine but it's always nice to check to make 100%
