Hey guys...I'm currently in the middle of a research project for a class I'm taking and came across this story. It's stuff like this that makes me proud to be a member of the armed forces...this is some good $hit.
Operation Acid Gambit (http://www.specialoperations.com/Operations/Just_Cause/Acid_Gambit/default2.html)
“By perseverance, study, and eternal desire, any man can become great.”
“Do everything you ask of those you command.”
-General George S. Patton

That was a very interesting article... I enjoy militaristic stuff even though the military isn't for me... like you said, this is some good ****, lol.

That was awesome. Sure, it may not be winning a war, but that was one awesome feat of military precision to extract a man from a panamanian prison and not have him killed.
Thanks for making my day just that much more awesome, rep.

that is exactly what I'm saying...Operation Urgent Fury is another cool one...although it was a bit of a mess, a whole lot of good came out of the situation...Special Operations Command was created almost as a direct result. Military history is awesome.
