I just did. Couldn't understand the guy half the time.

But I just got my phone billed discounted....from 150 dollars...to 8.

Im like ....quasi shock/crap my pants atm.

I got $100 texting bill removed for my friend...Cingular was only going to remove $50 of it but I kept on the line and talking to them and got them to take away all $100. Maybe I will write a tutorial haha.

Ya, you'd be surprised how much money you save by bitching for a few minutes. I've had eBay fees waved, I've had shipping refunded numerous times, bought a defected aircan (the ones that take co2s) and emailed the company almost a year later and told them and they sent me 2 free big cans of air (the oversized ones) etc etc etc.

Of course it was for legit reasons or else my conscience wouldn't let me do it.

A good tip is to try and make them laugh, laughing usually helps break the ice and theyre more then willing to go out of their way to help you with a little fundage problem.
