Alright, well I am new to the forum. I am also new to case modding but have spent several days looking at the forums. Basically everything on here is amazing. These things have inspired. So today I went to Radioshack and bought some things. First, I bought 3 LEDs. I found a good tutorial on how to change the light in my drives. I was also wondering if there is a good tutorial on how to change the power and HDD light on the front of my case. I have read some very vague instructions but i was just wondering if there was a better one. Also I have read some very vague tutorials on how to use on/off toggle switches. I was just wondering if there was better ones.

I was thinking of using this for fans. But I don't know if it could handle it.

This was gonna be for power. But I once again don't know if it would work because it is rated at 3A at 125VAC or 1.5A at 250VAC.

These are the LEDs

Sorry for posting so long. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I was also wondering if there are any switches like the momentary one on this page. Just less expensive.

Welcome aboard. First things first.. myself and Drumthumper are the 2 biggest LED freaks you're going to meet on this forum. Secondly.. don't waste your money on Radio Shack LED's. They're wayyyyyyy overpriced and wayyyyyy too dim. Check out www.ledshoppe.com. You can get a bag of 100 Blue 5mm LED's for $7 shipped. As far as changing the LED's on the front of your case. Easy. Pop the front bezel off, and put the new ones in. Be sure to pay attention to which wire the anode and cathode are hooked up to. They're probably held in there with hot glue, so you can use hotglue (or any other glue really) to hold the new ones in place. That's really all I can say about it, other than it's a really quick and simple mod to pull off. Let us know if you have further questions.

Also, take a minute and look through the Modders Wiki (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/modwiki/index.php/Main_Page). There's some GREAT stuff in there.

Wow, I coulda bought around 500 LEDs for the price of 3 at Radioshack. Thanks! The only bad thing would be waiting for it. But that's not a real big deal especially with free shipping.
I looked at the Wiki awhile ago. Found a lot of useful things. Also, thank you very much for the help.

Anybody know about the power switches???? Once again any help would be greatly appreciated!
