Does anyone here have any suggestions on the best way for tying back
wires to get them out of the way, making my pc look better.

Mine are kindof thrown in a blob where my drive bays are.

some of them are too short to really move, and i'm not sure
what else to do.

Cable sleeving would at least make them look cool, it will also help clean it up a bit by grouping them together and making it looks like a couple giant wires instead of a bazillion tiny wires.

Zip Ties also work, as do rubber bands and other things like that. I actually used colored electrical tape for all my wires. It turned out... kind of ugly. But a small improvement none the less.

You can also replace some of your wiring, like the flat cables, with round cables.

Doing this will also improve airflow within your case, thus resulting in lower temps.

You can find most of this kind of stuff at Xoxide, or even Newegg if you look around a little harder. But its pretty easy to find at Xoxide.com (http://www.xoxide.com/wiremanagement.html), so thats where I suggest to look.

haha.
Nothing screams class like some garbage ties.

I think it would be sweet to use climbing rope, but take out the middle so all that is left is the colorful out casing. Although I'm not sure if its possible to split the two.

I've used sticky backs, they just stick to a surface then you run the ty rap through it, put the wires near the sticky back and zip it down. I find it keeps them out of the way, i even painted the sticky backs black to cut down on how noticable they are.

I use garbage ties if I think I'll have to move the wires again, and zipties if I don't (I'm low on zipties).

I've also, on occasion, used various sorts of wire, string, etc. Whatever you have around will work. If you want to sleeve them, yeah, electrical tape's one option, or wrapping them in that plastic spiral stuff, like on notebooks:

I just want to throw a link to FrozenCPU. I plan on getting a bunch of stuff from them, after seeing all the cool stuff that my friend got.

They've got UV zip ties (http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g35/c34/s264/list/p1/Cable_Sleeving-Wire_Management-UV_Tie_Wraps-Page1.html), LED Molex connectors (http://www.frozencpu.com/search.html?mv_profile=keyword_search&mv_session_id=TNW6Zz48&searchspec=fireflies&go.x=0&go.y=0), UV wire sleeves (http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l2/g35/c177/list/p1/Cable_Sleeving-Sleeving_UV_Reactive.html) and Heatshrink (http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l2/g35/c181/list/p1/Cable_Sleeving-Heat_Shrink_UV.html) to help you out.

That sounds like a cool idea and one I haven't seen before.

vine/flower wire.. its also called garden wire.. normally comes in green and looks like thoese tie things that you get on wires keeping them nice and neat together when there new.

this comes in like 5 meter rolls and you just snap off as much as you need.. very good

Be careful with that stuff, it has wire in the middle so be careful what it touches.
